In the womb of creation
There stands a stark door
Many Souls stand behind it
For it holds a great lore.
Her soul mate agreed to a promise
Before this illusion called Time
To meet at this ethereal doorway
An experience promised to be immensely Divine
Ethereal trumpets roared majestically
A pathway appeared; its power, the Sun
This gateway slowly opened
Sentient Light overcame you, Two now standing as One
Blinded by emotion
Hands clasped ever so tight
Bravely as partners, you two stepped forward
Ensconced by this warm, loving light
The metamorphosis began in an instant
Your souls manifested two bodies, and then two prescient minds
And together began this adventure
The human condition now realized as Two separate lives
The Illusion brought such challenges
And the experience was just not the same
Her soul mate had gone desperately missing
Without Him, no longer was She enjoying this game
Hours became oh so many weeks
And then the YEARS took their terrible toll
Daily she sought to rejoin Him
To caress, coddle, and console
A cacophony of false suitors
Her life ripped and then torn apart
The illusion of complete failure
Causing Her heart to seek a fresh start
Thousands of miles did She travel
Just to experience Him once again
To sip from Heaven’s pure Divineness
And commune with Her ethereal friend
Through dense ominous clouds
God peered down below
Two of his most precious soul’s journeys
Had lost faith and their Heavenly glow
He could see in their hearts
A Love so pure and devout
He granted Her heart's wish
This soulful friend, no longer, would she live without
And back at that doorway
One day together will they stand
But from now until then
They go always hand in hand…….
